Summer House

We would have loved to stay longer at Summer House. The location is hard to beat, with downtown hotspots just seconds to minutes away, and we really enjoyed the pool and rooftop deck. Management was kind and understanding, and the maintenance team was excellent. Thanks for being such a great apartment to live in!

We called Summerhouse home for a couple of years. It was a wonderful place to live, with convenient access to great amenities. The staff were attentive and quick to respond whenever we needed something.

I lived at Summer House for several years, starting when it first opened for rent, and had a great experience. I met so many lovely people there. Management was accommodating and great, and I loved concierge Jojo. The cleaning and maintenance teams were amazing too. Highly recommend.

I arrived early for an online-booked tour, but the concierge said neither of the two leasing office staff had shown up yet. He said he'd message them. I checked back with him over the next half hour and got no update; he said he'd tried several times without reaching anyone. Eventually I had to leave for my next appointment. Later I received a note saying there'd been a miscommunication and the sender hadn't known I arrived, then asking if I'd like to reschedule. There was no apology or explanation, and I thought the response was ridiculous. I've lived in disorganized buildings before and didn't want a repeat, so I signed at a much better building not far away. I'm very happy there.
