Rodeway Inn Wormleysburg - Harrisburg

We got absolutely no sleep. After driving almost six hours for a concert, my husband and I only needed a couple of hours of rest before heading back, but this was the worst place either of us has ever stayed. The smell throughout was awful, there was no hot water in the shower, and not a single towel was clean. We were glad we had brought our own. Three of the five lights in the room didn't work, the bathroom was dirty, and the steps up to our room felt hazardous. People who seemed to live there stood outside watching our every move. Kids ran down the hallway and knocked on our door, then someone tried the door handle at 3:00AM. No discount was offered. If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep for a few hours, this is definitely not it. The place should be torn down immediately.

The stay was hassle-free, and everything worked as it should. Our room was clean, the service was excellent, and check-in went smoothly. Rodeway Inn Hotel is a comfortable option for the price, and I'd recommend it.

There was no phone in the room, so I had to call the front desk from my cell. During our two-night stay, the room was never cleaned, the beds weren't made, and we didn't get fresh towels. The place was dirty and badly kept, and it looked nothing like the photos. They claim to offer a full Continental breakfast, but all they had was a coffee pot. If another motel had had a vacancy, I would have left. I don't recommend staying here.

We had to switch rooms twice because every room smelled musty and moldy. The people staying there seemed sketchy, and I felt less safe than I ever have. Weed smoke from other rooms down the hall drifted into ours even though the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. The staff didn't seem to care. Some lights didn't work, the rooms weren't cleaned, and the furniture was worn out and broken. There was no continental breakfast, and the ice machine was broken. This place is a complete dive, don't stay here.
