The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. Breakfast was pretty good too, and everyone was welcoming and friendly. This was our third time staying at the Comfort Inn at Lenoir City, and we’ll be back.

The room was quiet and clean, and check-in was quick. I hadn’t been able to find an available room along I-40, so I was glad Comfort inn had a vacancy a little off the route.

The staff at the front desk was kind and happy to answer our questions. We were in Tennessee for a wedding, and the hotel was very clean with comfortable beds. I’d definitely stay at Comfort Inn again if I’m in the area.

The shower pressure was amazing, and the room, bed, and pillows were clean and comfortable. We arrived late looking for a place to stay. When the fridge wasn’t working well, the friendly front desk gentleman moved us to another room right away, no questions asked.

The room was very clean, and I liked the location just off the interstate exit. There’s a nice elevator, so you don’t have to carry your things upstairs. My only complaint is that they wouldn’t take a credit card over the phone when I’d forgotten mine. As I understand the card membership agreement, credit cards are covered for fraud. Still, it was a nice place to stay.
