DO NOT STAY HERE! I was quoted $50 total for the pet fee when I called to book, after I specifically asked whether it was $50 per dog or for all the dogs. At checkout they charged me $100 for my dogs. When I brought it up the next morning, I was told a manager would call Monday, but they couldn't do anything. The woman hung up on me. The place looked much more run down in person than in the pictures, and there was a ton of hair in the room. The pillows were awful, and the shampoo and conditioner were combined into one product. That gives you an idea of how “nice” it was.

We’re here for work over the winter, and the manager has been amazing, going well beyond what she had to do. One evening we returned late after leaving for work at 5 am and found the bathroom fully cleaned and stocked, even though we hadn’t asked. I’d accidentally left all my money on the counter, and every bit was still there. I was amazed and really appreciate both the hospitality and the honesty. Service only gets three stars because I can never get the woman on the evening shift to talk. I think she’s a ghost.

We found ants everywhere when we got back to the room, including the bathroom, around the jacuzzi, on the bed, and on our suitcase. It was a full infestation, not just a couple of ants. The water was brownish and smelled awful, so there was no way to take a bath. We left and drove home rather than stay in a hotel like that. We had booked a King Jacuzzi room. It was cold when we arrived, so we raised the thermostat, dropped our suitcase, and went out to explore and get dinner. A few hours later the room was warm, but full of ants. We told the front desk we were leaving and asked for a refund. The young woman apologized and called a manager, who said we could switch rooms but couldn't get a refund. The breakfast area also had signs saying the pancake machine was broken and only decaf coffee was available. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The bed was okay, though the mattress seemed old. I managed to sleep a little, but was itchy all night. The walls barely block sound, so we could hear everyone nearby. The entrance has nice new carpet, while the carpet in our room looked gross. There were mineral stains in the water, and I wondered why they couldn't scrub them off. We chose this place because reviews said it was clean, but our room didn't seem to have been cleaned before we got it. There was dried food smeared on the desk, something like syrup all over the bedside table, dust everywhere, and long black hairs that I picked up and put in the garbage. I also had to kill a spider in the bathroom. Breakfast was just barely okay. The boiled eggs looked like franken eggs and seemed to have been frozen. They were only just thawing by 10.
