SpringHill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Langhorne

We stayed on the ground floor with the kids, close to the pool, which was great. Check-in was easy, the staff were lovely, and the location is perfect for Sesame Place. Definitely recommend it.

Mr. Bruce was a real treasure. The red potatoes and turkey he seasoned were cooked and presented so well, even the pickiest eaters would be happy. The food quality deserves a place at major hotels and restaurants. Thanks to all the staff for making our business trip special. The hotel itself is beautiful, the beds are warm and comfortable, and breakfast is great. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful.

The Group Sales Department was wonderful to work with when we brought high school students to a Speech and Debate Tournament. The hotel was in a great location and gave us clean, spacious rooms. They even had the free breakfast ready so the kids could eat before we headed to the tournament. We’re already looking forward to booking here again when we return next year.

As a Marriott Elite Member, I’ve trusted the brand, so this stay was a real disappointment. The room fell short of Marriott standards: stained couch and carpet, stale-smelling air, and no body lotion or the usual standard amenities. The $20 daily parking charge also felt unreasonable for a hotel directly across from Sesame Place, especially given its condition. When I arrived, the lobby smelled so unpleasant it made me nauseous. No one was at the front desk, and after calling out several times I waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to show up. They then dismissed my request for early check-in. The property seems neglected and poorly maintained. With these rates and the Marriott name, this didn’t feel like a Marriott-level stay. I hope management inspects and renovates it. Loyal guests deserve better cleanliness, quality, and service.
