This seems like an older hotel, but the room was clean and comfortable. The lighting, though, was awful. The room was dark, especially by the couch and desk. Why are SpringHill Suites rooms so dim? The bathroom mirror was frustrating too. I'm 5' 1", and my face showed up only in the bottom fifth of it, leaving me almost completely in shadow. I had to do my makeup by the window because that was the only bright enough spot. Really, SpringHill Suites, is better lighting in the rooms that hard to manage?

We were very pleased with this stop on our two-week road trip across the country and back. We'd stayed at several Marriott hotels, and this was one of the best, though there were a couple of others too. The room was very clean and convenient with our German Shepherd, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. The halls were clean, Wi-Fi worked great, and there was a handy extra sink by the fridge. The dog walking area was excellent, with nice green grass and smaller rocks that didn't bother my dog's paws. There are several restaurants nearby, with more being built. I'd stay here again and recommend it to anyone who asks.

The room was a little awkwardly set up, with the TV facing partly toward the “bedroom” and partly toward the desk, so it wasn't convenient. The pool area also looked a bit dirty and not very nice. Otherwise, our stay was fine: the room was clean, the bed was supremely comfortable, and breakfast was average for a hotel.

The pool and hot tub were nice, though they got a little crowded at times. The rooms and location were good, up to Marriott standards. Service was somewhat slow, possibly because of the holidays. Breakfast was the same every day, with no changes.

Breakfast was good, but the place was old and dirty, and even the coffee sucked. It wasn't clean enough at all. A hotel has to be at least somewhat clean, and this one wasn't. I'd upgrade if I could.
