The room smelled of cigarettes as soon as we walked in, and the bathroom floor and toilet were so dirty that I cleaned them myself. That made us wonder how clean the bed and mattress could be. We were visiting for a Jazz Festival, but after seeing the room we went to the desk and asked to cancel. The staff member said he couldn't, and told me the manager or owner doesn't speak to anybody. He wouldn't even give me his first name, saying he wasn't allowed to. I left several messages asking for a refund and got no response. Please think twice before booking. Maybe new management will eventually care about the guests.

The town was cute and the location was decent, but I wouldn't stay here again. Our rooms were filthy, with spiders all over. When we reported them, the staff were rude, brought bug spray, and left. They only made the beds. The bathroom looked gross, the coffee maker had mold, and in the morning there was a bug on my brother's bed. Completely unacceptable.

The front desk person was nice, and both the neighborhood and town were pleasant. The bed wasn't too bad either. But the room was dirty, and breakfast wasn't provided even though the website says it is. If you don't look around, you might be okay.

The price is less than half what I used to pay elsewhere, and the location works well for me. I spend my time outside when I'm in Lewiston, so this place suits my needs and I plan to return. My room and bathroom were clean, and the TV worked. The hallway carpet definitely needs cleaning.

They took payment for my two-day reservation, then wouldn't acknowledge it and turned me away without providing a stay. I couldn't reach them by phone, and there didn't seem to be any check-in process. This is a fraud. Don't book here.
