SureStay by Best Western Lewiston Auburn Area

I woke up with a red, itchy rash after sleeping in the bed, which made an already awful stay even worse. The room was filthy, with a grimy bathroom and dirty surfaces, and the staff were rude and brushed me off when I complained. Avoid this place. I wouldn't risk my health or money here.

We found this lovely place in mid-September last month and are already looking forward to coming back this month. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, with flowers all around when they're in season. Inside, the rooms are newly renovated and very clean, and cleanliness clearly matters here. The staff are kind and helpful, and breakfast is just right to get the day started. No complaints.

The town is pleasant to walk around and explore, and there are plenty of food options and stores close by. Our room and bathroom were clean, with no odd smells, and the heater worked really well. I'd stay here again if I came back to the area.

It's 7 degrees outside and they won't turn on the heat in the rooms. They offered me a refund but said I'd paid through Expedia, even though I paid them directly. Do NOT stay here!
