Best Western Plus Lewisville Flower Mound

The staff are really friendly, and the hotel is very clean. I’ll definitely stay here again. The rooms have lots of light and space, with a good shower behind a glass door and enough trash bins. I also liked the glass water bottles and the citrus-scented soaps and shampoo. There’s a lot here that other hotels in this price range often miss.

I’ve stayed here five or six times over roughly 18 months and have barely had any problems. On the rare occasion something came up, the helpful staff sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Service has been excellent every time. It’s recently updated, quiet, and very clean, with a good price. The hotel is close to the freeway, but far enough away that traffic noise isn’t an issue. It’s a great place, even if it isn’t fancy.

The rooms are spacious and super clean. We were in a room facing the highway at first, and it was a bit noisy, so we quickly switched to the other side. The front desk team were great, especially Joseph. Their patience, practical help, and friendly attitude made us feel right at home during a huge snowstorm. A really good stay.

I’ve stayed at this Best Western Plus several times, and the staff are always smiling and friendly. Karry in the dining area and Cindy at the front desk are especially kind. They stay focused on their work, but will pause to help a guest whenever needed. The rooms are incredibly clean, and breakfast is absolutely delicious. I wish there were more BestWesterns like the Lewisville Flower Mound Best Western!
