Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Lewisville-Vista Ridge

Alicia greeted us when we arrived the night of 2/10/26, and she was lovely. She oversold the breakfast, which was a real disappointment, but she herself was great. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet apart from bathroom noise. The beds were too high, the HVAC was hard to manage, and the bathroom faucets were awkwardly far from the sink. There were other issues too, but the most annoying was having only a duvet on the bed. It was too warm, there was no blanket, and it was too late to ask for one. The staff member we told at checkout was pleasant, though came across as too corporate.

The Hampton was clean and well organized, and the team was friendly, professional, and attentive to what guests need. When my A/C started making noise, they fixed it within minutes. They’ve also got a high-quality Hoshizaki ice machine and a Hoshizaki water filter for it, which impressed me. I had a good stay, will come back, and would recommend the hotel.

A quiet, comfortable place to rest when you’re taking time away from work. My room was spacious, with a small sink, fridge, and microwave, plus a little table built into the TV stand that seats two. There was one desk chair and a movable desk that could go by the bed or couch. The bathroom sink sits outside the bathroom. Small extras included bar soap, shower gel, and shampoo.

We stayed one night in rooms 600 and 601, and both were fresh and very clean. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The employees were friendly and polite, especially Shakina, who helped me finish the reservations. I’d absolutely stay here again.
