The rooms were spacious, clean, and had plenty of counter space plus a huge desk. I stayed six nights, and the workout room was also clean and roomy, with two treadmills. Internet was around 90 Mbps over Wi-Fi with some lag, but the wired connection was wild, about 450 Mbps. Laundry was the big downside. At $4 to wash and another $4 to dry, one load costs $8. I travel for work and haven't seen hotel laundry priced that high, even in California. For just a few dollars more, you could take it to a laundromat and have someone handle it. That's especially disappointing for an extended-stay hotel where guests are likely to need laundry.

The service was friendly, but the smell throughout the hotel was awful. The hallways had an overpowering mix of dog and onion odors. We even considered buying a candle or air freshener just to get through the night, and we won't return after this stay. I understand salting the sidewalks and driveway, but the salt tracked through the building really needed to be swept or vacuumed up.
8/10
The pool floor had green stains, which was a letdown. Aside from that, we had a great stay with our two daughters. The room was clean, the staff were sincerely friendly, and having an EV charger on site was useful for the night. It's right off the interstate, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, so the location is hard to beat.

Sayde deserves special recognition for her customer service. She went above and beyond, and I really think she should be promoted. The rest of the staff were very friendly too, and the hotel was extremely clean.

My friends came from Arkansas to look after me while I'm getting radiation twice a day this week. I live in Chillicothe, and usually stay at Hope Lodge, but couldn't this time because there were two of them. They brought healthy food from home for me, and this suite made it feel like a silly girls' trip even while we deal with something serious. This place has been beyond perfect. Thank you all.
