Sleep Inn & Suites Indoor Waterpark

We waited around 20 minutes at the front desk and nobody showed up. It felt like there was no staff at all, and when they did come in, they only seemed to work when it suited them. The service was terrible, and the food wasn't good either. Our room was gross: the Bible had nasty words written in it, there was dirt and a lot of junk behind the chair, and the desk was chipped, scratched, and dusty. It looked like nobody had cleaned. The pool was bad too. This was the worst hotel experience I've had, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We've stopped here twice on the drive from southern MN to northern AR, and we'll probably come back while our three kids are still little. The staff are lovely, and the rooms are basic but about what you'd expect for the price. My kids love the pool and “waterpark.” There's a good breakfast and plenty of places to eat nearby. The TV only gets local satellite channels.

The advertised indoor waterpark was the letdown. The pool area heater wasn't working, the water was ice cold, and the hot tub was broken. That's the main reason we chose this hotel, so we'd only stay again if they fixed the pool problems. The room itself was average but clean, with soft pillows and a comfortable bed. The heating and AC unit made an unusually loud buzzing noise when it kicked on. Breakfast was good and well stocked, with omelets and a waffle bar. The location was convenient, near the airport and other restaurants.

Under the chair we moved so we could sit closer to the TV, there were moldy raisins and cupcake wrappers. The room had no bathroom fan, so it smelled of mildew, and everything looked run-down. The pool was cold and the hot tub didn't work. The Bible in the room had disgusting, vulgar writing in it. Breakfast was gross too, with cold gravy and cold biscuits. I could keep going. Neither we nor our staff will ever come back, and I wouldn't recommend this place.
