I’ve really liked staying here, whether for a few days or a longer visit, and think it’s the best option in this area. Most of the time it’s quiet and it’s kid friendly, but that doesn’t mean children can run around unsupervised. The staff are attentive, keep the hotel looking clean, and will find answers if they don’t know something. The manager will help too, and she’s amazing. Some people don’t follow even simple rules, but this is a hotel, not your home, so guests do have rules to follow.

I’m concerned that we’ve had no internet access for eight days. I’ve been given conflicting accounts of when service will return, and the outage has significantly affected my activities and stay. Please resolve this promptly or at least provide a clear estimate for restoration. This needs attention soon to prevent more inconvenience for guests. I look forward to a prompt response.

We’ve been staying here long term for a few months, and it’s been amazing. The staff have been wonderful, welcoming, and accommodating to our family throughout the stay.

I’ve never written a review before, but after how I was treated following my husband’s military graduation, I felt I had to. I forgot my key for the front entrance, which is different from a typical hotel where you can simply walk in and go upstairs. Instead of understanding, someone asked, “do you have a problem?” and then cussed me out and ridiculed me. The service recovery just wasn’t there. I work in customer service and can usually understand when situations go sideways, but this was despicable. I cut my stay short and moved to the Hampton Inn across the street, where I had no complaints. I’ve also stayed at Sonesta Suites four minutes down the road; they’re amazing and even offer a military discount. I strongly suggest staying away from this place. Even if you go to the desk, staff may refuse to help and keep the gate shut until you leave. It’s awful.
