Hampton Inn Lima

We come here often and have a great experience every time. The hotel and rooms are always clean and nice, and the pool and hot tub are consistently clean, which matters a lot to me. The staff are great, especially Heather, and breakfast is always on point. This is where I’d stay in Lima.

We found this place from good reviews while passing through Lima on a road trip, and liked it enough to leave one ourselves. It’s basic, clean, and felt safe, with friendly, professional staff who seem proud of their work. The free breakfast had one of the best selections I’ve seen. We’d stay again if we’re back in Lima.

The woman who checked us in was wonderful, patient, and really tried to make our stay good. The breakfast lady was great too. But at checkout I asked for something and the woman at the desk shouted that it was only for people checking in. I wasn’t upset that I couldn’t have it, just the way she spoke to me, especially after I’d waited for her. She’d been friendly with other guests, and I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but it felt like she chose who to be nice to. The stay was fine until that interaction spoiled it. Don’t you want people to come back?

The staff were kind, the room was very clean, and breakfast was hot. The pool was clean and warm, and the hot tub was hot too, although its control button didn’t work. That didn’t stop us from using it. Restaurants and Sam’s Club are conveniently close. We’ll stay here again.
