The lobby was bright and welcoming, and the desk staff were really friendly. Our second-floor room was clean and very quiet. There’s great parking out back, or you can use the garage across the street. I was impressed by how long this hotel has been around in downtown Lima. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I had a room set warmer than usual because air conditioning makes my throat sick easily, and they accommodated me completely after I called ahead. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s also connected to the Veterans Memorial Civic and Convention Center, which made seeing the Oak Ridge Boys last Saturday night much easier. The walk to the venue is a bit long, but it’s all indoors. They were AWESOME as ALWAYS!!! My room was clean, the carpet looked nice and probably quite new, and I didn’t worry about bedbugs or roaches. Breakfast had a nice selection, even for a light eater like me, and the price was decent for what you get. I stayed here in 2018, and it’s still a really nice place. I’d gladly return and recommend it.

We traveled through in late October 2025 and stayed Thursday night. The lobby, meeting spaces, and first-floor halls looked close to finishing a remodel, but the hotel was clean and quiet. Our king room had extra space for a chair, ottoman, desk, and office chair, along with a TV and the usual amenities. Everything worked. It was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom, tub and shower, good lighting and mirrors, and a hair dryer. I’d stay here again.

The staff were great, but the shower only got barely lukewarm. The toilet kept sticking and wouldn’t refill, and there was no maintenance person. Breakfast could be better. The eggs and sausage gravy looked like someone had brought them from home 🤔.

Everyone was polite, and the place was very nice and clean. Breakfast was really good, so I’d visit again. I was still 30 minutes from my event, but that was on me, not them.
