We liked the complimentary breakfast selection: cheese omelets, pancakes made by pressing a button on a machine, yogurt, and cereal. There were plenty of tables in the dining room just past the front desk, and bottled water was complimentary in the lobby mini-fridge. The location was handy for the outlet mall and family nearby. Our room was clean and modern, with dark colors, and the bathroom was basic with one sink. We were in room #330, next to a housekeeping storage room. On the last morning, a group of housekeepers gathered outside around 7am and woke us up. We pounded on our door and that broke up the festivities. At checkout, the front desk apologized. We also told them the room hadn't been cleaned the day before. The agent noted it, but we got no compensation or apology for that. We had left at 10am and got back around 1am the next morning, too late to ask for service. The spouse and I will always choose a hotel over staying with family.

My company messed up my reservation, which was shocking. Nancy Heck went way above and beyond. Good employees like her are hard to find. Holiday Inn, please take care of and recognize this exceptional employee. I know it's all about the money, but she deserves recognition.

The remodeled room was really neat and clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. It was very quiet too. I'd give five stars if the towels were fluffier. They should upgrade them.

The room itself was fine, but we didn't sleep at all because the refrigerator made an awful loud noise. I told the front desk, and they didn't even offer a courtesy discount for the inconvenience. That's why I rated the room a 3.

On this second visit, the rooms were even better, with remodeling underway, and the blinds can block out all the sunlight if you need them to. I was just as impressed this year as I was the year before. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the location worked well for me, about 1/4 mile off 422. There's a Wawa gas station down the road too. I'll definitely stay here again next year when I come back.
