Robin at the front desk was awesome. My parents and a friend, all over 70, needed a couple of rooms for the night, and they told me how nice the hotel was. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they found the beds so comfortable. It’s definitely one of our favorite hotels on our regular trips to Florida.

The room was full of bugs, with ant colonies in a dirty tub, and the carpets were caked in grime. It was so dirty I didn’t feel safe leaving our things there while we went out. The employees live there, smoke everywhere, and are rude. They make more noise than the guests. The place is absolutely not worth the price. And who would eat the breakfast there?

We were passing through Georgia and just needed a place for the night, but the waffle maker at breakfast was about the only redeeming part. Check-in took far too long, and I saw the front desk woman on Facebook while we waited. First they put us in a smelly smoking room, though we hadn’t asked for one. The next room smelled musty, the shower wouldn’t drain, and the bathroom looked carelessly cleaned. Even the little shampoo bottles weren’t arranged neatly. We arrived late on a weekday and there were lots of people walking around. Cars would pull up briefly, then leave. It seemed like there might be drug activity, and we felt uncomfortable.

The front desk woman was nice, but the room was filthy and smelled moldy. The door jamb had been busted off, like someone had forced the door, and the patch job was very poor. There were holes in the wall beside it, and I didn’t feel safe at all. We left immediately and went to a hotel at the next exit, which was a thousand times better. The online room photos do not show what the rooms are actually like. I haven’t been back and won’t return.
