The room looked so filthy that my family and I turned around and left. We were on the third floor, and at first we tried to overlook the musty smell, thinking it might just be an old hotel. Then we saw the sheet covered in urine and feces stains, along with a dirty mattress and microwave. I told the receptionist politely that we couldn’t stay, but she said the booking was nonrefundable even though we’d been there only five minutes. The Red Roof website listed the room at 58, but I was charged 82. We just wanted an economical stop during our long drive to FL. After seeing this place, I have to wonder whether the reviews are fake. The area also felt sketchy, and I hesitated to leave the vehicle in the lot. Hope this helps someone avoid it. So gross.

Von was so nice and kept cleaning throughout the morning while making sure breakfast was hot and ready. He was sociable, too. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good for a hotel, though the gravy was a bit watery and there weren’t many choices.

The location worked really well for us, with easy access from I-75, good restaurants nearby, and a QT gas station right out front for fuel and snacks. Breakfast was good, especially the biscuits and sausage gravy. Our room was clean, the area was quiet, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. Good people, good value, and a good stay.

The employees were awesome, and the elevator always came when we needed it. We slept comfortably in the beds and had plenty of channels to pick from. It was a wonderful stay, and I’ll definitely come back. I have no complaints.

I spent three weeks here on a business trip and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is being updated, and the staff were friendly, kind, and accommodating. Its spot right off the interstate is convenient, with lots of shopping close by. Even the Walmart cashiers and local residents were nice. You can walk through the parking lot to a nearby gas station, which is handy. The owners seem to care about the property and are making an effort to maintain it.
