Comfort Inn & Suites Lincoln City

Our stay was fantastic, and the beds were more comfortable than I expected. My husband has back problems, so a comfortable bed matters a lot to us. The hotel is close to the Lincoln City outlets. The staff were great, especially Manager Katie, who was understanding about a family emergency. I'd recommend it 10/10 and would stay again.

We had a really roomy Jacuzzi room on the third floor with vaulted ceilings and a balcony. Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, and the shower had tamper-resistant shampoo and conditioner dispensers. My only gripe was the tissue toilet paper, though maybe that's just how hotels are now. It's right across from the main beach access, and the staff were super nice. We slept in and missed breakfast, but the coffee was good, and our rate was good too. We'll check here first next time, definitely recommend it.

I was trying to pay for a room I’d reserved for a family member, but the hotel required a credit card authorization form even though I was prepaying. I couldn’t get the form to send from my phone, so I called for help. Amanda at the front desk was rude, spoke to me as if I were an idiot, and hung up. When I called again for more information, she did it again. I asked for a manager and was told they wouldn’t be in until 7 am the next day, then she hung up once more. On another call, I asked if the manager could call me back and got the same treatment. Amanda said that if I couldn’t fill out the form like everyone else, I’d have to cancel the reservation. She also said she’d reported me to the manager. For what, asking for help? I’m dumbfounded and disappointed. There was no customer service here, and I’d never recommend this location. I wonder if she treats guests this way in person when the manager is around.

A quick overnight might be okay, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here longer. The hotel seems poorly maintained: the microwave didn’t work, and when I checked its plug, I saw the condition shown in the picture. The breakfast was okay and the staff were friendly enough. At 2 in the morning the fire alarm went off, which was scary. From our window, the view was of a gutter with a garden growing out of it.
