This was the worst stay we’ve had here, and it’s been a breaking point for us. We’ve stayed at this house for about three years, but after this visit we definitely don’t want to return. My family was there for three days. On arrival my sister found what looked like blood on the couch cover. We called, were told housekeeping would come, and no one showed. I called again, and instead they had my sister remove the cover and leave it in the garage. Then they claimed the stain was paint, which it definitely wasn’t. I pulled back the top layer of my bed and found a booger on the sheet. The shower had pink mold or mildew in the drain and blue shaving gel or toothpaste on the curtain. The TV and internet didn’t work at all, so there was no TV for my teething one-year-old. The house was very hot, but a window was broken and wouldn’t open for airflow. That same window was broken last year too. Last year the refrigerator was broken, and maintenance never came after we called. It’s the same fridge, now with missing shelves and tape holding it together. A chipped glass pitcher cut my hand when I tried to use it. One upstairs bedroom had no fan, so my sister moved one from another room, only to find that fan was broken too. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall, and there was no spare toilet paper in the downstairs bathroom. There were also random rugs in the garage, leaving us wondering where we were supposed to park.
