Atmosphere Lincoln

It's a nice place with great amenities. Some staff members are really nice, but others seem annoyed or irritated when helping tenants. My issues have been with staff and management.

The outdoor area seems to be closed more often than it's open, and the WiFi has been out for 3.5 days during finals. We emailed about black mold in our apartment about a month and a half ago, and they haven't done anything. Don't listen to all the 5-star reviews, people get benefits for writing them.

Housr made everything clear and simple, from looking through verified properties to finishing the application. As a parent, knowing it was a university-aligned app and that Atmosphere was a verified partner gave us real peace of mind and took away a lot of the usual stress around off-campus housing. Our daughter is a UNL student and recently chose to move to Atmosphere Lincoln. Nate, the Leasing & Marketing Lead at Atmosphere, was outstanding, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. His guidance and the easy-to-use Housr app kept everything moving smoothly and quickly. Thanks to Nate and the Housr team. We're very happy with how it turned out and would recommend Atmosphere and Housr to other UNL families.

Everything's close enough to walk to at Atmosphere, and there are plenty of parking garages if you need to drive. It's super convenient for off-campus living and probably the better student housing option in Lincoln.
