The management has poor social skills, jumps to conclusions, and seems to expect travelers and business owners to spend $200 or more during a stay. They’re quick to threaten to call the police, even after I told a staff member I’d come back to buy something after going out. I was going to get beverages, but I’ll spend my money elsewhere. The Army National Guard showed people more respect than the management at Courtyard Marriott on R Street downtown. There are plenty of other places that understand respect and business to business or B2C dealings. I won’t spend even one night here after the repeated harassment and what I see as ridiculous assumptions. I recommend taking your money somewhere else, like the airport. Edited: You’re a really bad liar. Wrong. Law enforcement should only be called for emergencies and criminal actions. There’s no safety protocol here. Calling for another reason is an abuse and misuse of 911, and a crime in itself. You won’t stay in business long if you keep showing so little respect. Respect is what attracts guests. Owners and managers are always so quick to make things up and defame people, and never take responsibility for their own words and actions. Stalking and harassing people or potential customers isn’t respectful or attractive. This has nothing to do with the computer. It’s about your assumptions, threats, and false statements.
