Holiday Inn Express & Suites South - Lincoln by IHG

Customer service was exceptional, friendly, respectful, engaging, and helpful. My room had everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable. Even with lots of people around, it stayed quiet. Everything was clean, modern, and available, making this a great stop for a quick personal trip.

Breakfast was top notch, with perfect scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and pancakes made fresh. There were also fluffy pillows, a comfortable firm bed with a soft pillow top, and great shower pressure. The room and the rest of the place were tidy and spotless, and smelled fresh, though I did find mold inside the refrigerator. The parking lot was nice, in a really safe area, and things felt peaceful. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The carpets looked good, the walls were nicely painted, and thankfully there were no bed bugs. Breakfast also had fresh juices, hard-boiled eggs, Oikos yogurt, bagels with cream cheese and jam, oatmeal, muffins, cereal, and coffee ground and brewed by the cup. The price was a little high, but worth it for what you get.

I had to stay more than a week while my husband was in Bryan Hospital. The staff were excellent, friendly, and accommodating, and the rooms were very clean. I'd definitely recommend taking a dip in the pool.

Our suite was roomy and very clean, and the king beds were the most comfortable we've had this past week. Breakfast had lots of choices, and the manager kept up with the demand for pancakes, omelettes, sausage, cinnamon rolls, and more. There were bagels, cream cheese, jam, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, Oikos yogurt, real juices including orange, cranberry, and passion fruit, muffins, cereal, and coffee ground and brewed one cup at a time. Mark and Matthew helped with our reservation and check-in. The service was even better than our usually pleasant stays at other Holiday Inn Express locations. Mark was especially thoughtful, offering to keep an eye on the parking lot for security and to let guests know if they left headlights or interior lights on. Phone and front desk communication were kind, clear, and professional. No complaints at all. We usually choose HIE, and this Lincoln South location was especially pleasant. Great job!
