Quality Inn & Suites Lincoln I-93

We loved our first stay and will be back. The room was clean, comfortable, and a great price. The gentleman at the front desk was really nice and helped us with dinner suggestions.

We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, and found a couple of the eight pillows soft enough for us. The room was clean, the service friendly, and the bed comfortable. We brought our dog and had a pet-friendly room with no odor and no carpet. A waterfall trail starts near the back of the property. After hiking, the hot tub beside the indoor pool was perfect, and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. The location was great for us, with easy access to Franconia to the north and Lincoln to the east. There are lots of restaurants and shops in Lincoln, less than 10 minutes away. We stayed three nights.

Loved being able to park right in front of our room. The gentleman who checked us in was really kind, though I can’t remember his name. The room was clean, the service was friendly, and the hot tub was awesome. Free breakfast was a nice extra too.

We ended up having a fantastic stay, even though I didn’t like the place at first. The wooden pool area has a strong New England sauna feel, and it’s well maintained. A couple of great staff members helped change my mind. One front desk guy went above and beyond the whole time, and I’m pretty sure the good one was named Mat. Some of the other front desk staff had a bit of an attitude. Our room had a balcony and more amenities than other places around here. Breakfast was free, with make-your-own waffles, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, and pastries to take away. The hallways were odd and dated, but fine. We didn’t book online and bought the room in person, which essentially doubled the price, though it was a good room. The power went out for a couple of hours during a storm, and there wasn’t a backup generator or anything battery-powered that still worked. The pool’s New England wooden theme and the helpful staff made it a great stay in the end.
