Quality Inn & Suites Lincoln North

The hallways even smelled freshly cleaned on the way to my room. The place was spacious and very clean, and the staff went out of their way to help. I had a really pleasant stay and would recommend it without hesitation.

For what we paid, I was happy enough with the stay and can't say anything too bad about it. We had a king suite that was decent, though both TVs had distorted pictures that made watching any channel difficult. Service was good, and staff brought things when we asked. Housekeeping doesn't come every day unless you request it, as their note explained. The pool area could use more upkeep and better lighting, or maybe a heater.

Tej, the front desk gentleman I believe was his name, really stood out for his friendly service. I was there during a winter storm, and he went out into the freezing cold and strong winds to salt the driveway and sidewalks. He deserves a raise. The rooms were clean too, and the rest of the staff were great.

The bed was so worn and saggy that even if you managed to sleep, you'd wake up hurting. The pillows smelled bad, and the TV and fridge both powered on but weren't really usable, one had no service and the other wouldn't cool properly. In the photo you can see how many people had already pulled the fridge out to check its plug, but staff told me nobody had complained. I calmly spoke with them and gave them a chance to fix things. They said the manager would call, but I never heard back.
