Travelodge By Wyndham Lincoln Near White Mountain

The location was great, but the room had no heat at all, and the bathroom was falling apart with amateur-looking patches. The hotel smelled like my 85-year-old grandparents’ basement, and the rooms weren’t much better. After using Wyndham rewards points for what was supposed to be a “free” night, I found an unexplained $87.99 charge on my card. I’m extremely disappointed this is a Wyndham property. It makes me want to switch to IHG rewards.

The bathroom floor was breaking apart, and the fireplace doesn’t work. It hasn’t worked since April of 2025, but they still advertise it on the website. We tried filling the hot tub and found someone else’s hair in it. The room was horrible, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. After I booked, they called to say they were overbooked and tried to get me to cancel or move to a different room. When I arrived, there were only seven vehicles in the whole lot. I tried to get a refund, but they don’t allow refunds.

We were charged twice and refused a refund, then treated like we’d made a mistake. The rooms were dirty, old, and smelly, and the whole place looked like someone’s grandma’s old smoking house that had never been updated. The trim looked like a blind person had tried a DIY job to hide every corner. Awful. These people are cheap scammers, so don’t trust them with your information. Avoid it. The places next door look much nicer for a couple more bucks.

The entryway was freezing, and the place smelled bad. There were Cheetos all over the floor, stained curtains, discolored towels, and broken, dirty furniture. The ceiling had mold that had been painted over. It used to be gorgeous under the previous owners, but I didn’t know it had changed hands. The photos don’t show what you’re getting into, and the staff were unprofessional.
