Fine for one night, with a small but clean room and bathroom. They provided a dryer and personal care products, but the shower had no grab bar and the curtain wouldn’t stay closed. Breakfast was limited. There’s no elevator, and the printer didn’t work properly when I tried to get a receipt, it only printed half a page.

I’m in town for my husband’s surgery at BLGH, but I’m checking out early and will just stay with him at the hospital. My room was at the far end, so I had to walk back and forth. They offered another room, but that was dirty too. There were no blankets, furniture was broken with nails sticking out, and trash was under the bed and behind the TV. The bathroom and floors were dirty, and there were items left in the drawers.

We asked for extra towels ourselves, and nobody cleaned our room all day. The front desk wasn’t welcoming, they were quiet, staring at us or looking at their phones. I would not recommend this place. When we came in, the smell of weed was horrible. The first room had mold all over the AC unit, a half-open window, and food left in the drawers. In the second room they moved us to, there was still someone’s brush in a drawer and mold starting in the AC.

Amy at the front desk was extremely rude. She cancelled my fully paid reservation without any notice, even though the room I’d paid for was still empty. She refused to let me into it.
