The Kindler Hotel

We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants, bars, and entertainment, though the calm atmosphere and service inside The Kindler Hotel were hard to beat. From the lobby to our spotless, stylish room, the place felt modern and quietly luxurious. The room was cozy but upscale, with plush bedding, high-end finishes, and a bed so comfortable it was hard to get up. The staff made everything easy and welcoming from the moment we arrived in downtown Lincoln. They even gave us a charming welcome gift bag at check-in, a small, thoughtful touch that made the stay feel special. Huge kudos to the team. We'll absolutely be back!

A friend and I were waiting to order desserts and took some pictures while we waited. An older blonde woman at the front told us to leave, saying it wasn't a photoshoot area. She was extremely rude, even though we just wanted dessert and to sit for a bit. After we explained what we were doing, she followed us into the bathroom to make us leave. She acted like we'd committed a crime. We made sure nobody was in the area where we took pictures, and other people go there to take pictures too, so we weren't trying to disrespect the place. It was unnecessary and very rude. I guess she was too intimidated by us.

We had a group of ten use the conference room, which was comfortable, quiet, private, and set apart from most guests. It was perfect for our meeting, and the staff were very supportive during the conference visit. The lobby, hallways, and room all looked impressive, and desk service was excellent and helpful. We'd definitely stay again.

A lovely Art Deco hotel, very clean and with excellent service. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. A nice change from all the chains, and I'd highly recommend it.
