Tru By Hilton Lincoln East

We barely used our small room, so its size was fine. It was clean, and the staff were courteous. The breakfast was just “meh,” but we especially liked the big lobby area, with sectionals, comfy chairs, and tables where everyone could gather. We brought snacks and drinks and spent hours talking and laughing there. It felt welcoming, and two nights came to less than $250, a great price. My family had come together in Lincoln for different activities, and we all stayed at Tru. It’s central, close to shopping, and just off O street.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with the amenities I needed. It’s conveniently placed near shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make the stay good. They suggested some local restaurants, and every one we tried was delicious. I had a wonderful time here and would stay again. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Tru feels modern, and the service was fantastic. It was clean and comfortable, and though it’s a bit out of the way from I-80, the detour was worth it. The shower pressure was decent. The beds felt firmer than I’m used to, but were still comfortable. There’s a neat wall across from the elevator showing local restaurants and attractions. P.S. The automatic pancake maker is fun, but I’ll always be a waffle person 🫣.

I was here for one work night and was impressed by how clean everything was, from the lobby right through to the room. The room smelled fresh, and the sheets were bright white. Breakfast was simple but good, and the pancake machine was pretty cool. A good spot for a quick turnaround.
