We were disappointed that nobody stepped in to fix the team's mistake. I think the front desk gave us weekend breakfast hours even though it was a weekday, and I understand how that could happen. We called when we arrived and were told breakfast ran until 9:30 AM, so we came down at 8:45. Most of the food was already gone and nothing was being replenished. Around 9:00, the attendant started clearing everything, including the waffle batter. She said breakfast ended at 9:00, and when I explained what we'd been told and politely asked for a little batter, she refused because the machine was off. We choose hotels with free breakfast for the convenience, and for the waffle station. We had also checked in late and found the shower pressure very low right away. It felt like one of those cost-saving choices, which wasn't a great start.

I’m picky, but I couldn't find a single bad thing about my stay. The room was traditional, clean, new, modern, and comfortable, and somehow still felt luxurious. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and breakfast was swell. They were giving four-star energy.

Jada at the front desk made check-in quick and easy after I ended up at the wrong location. She pointed me to the right site and shared useful local information. Getting an airport shuttle was quick, and the drivers were great too. My room was clean, the hotel smelled fresh, and breakfast was fresh. The location is convenient. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

My husband and I came for a weekend away for our 25th wedding anniversary, and Jada made us feel very welcome. She was cheerful and personable, helped us get settled, and even sorted little things like coffee creamer. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with a shower roomy enough for two and accessible for someone with a disability. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of cereal and eggs. We'll be back for the comfort, cleanliness, and Jada.

Kiki at the front desk was AWESOME, so welcoming and helpful, with a great smile. You're lucky to have her on the team. The hotel itself was clean and in a great location. We had an amazing stay :)
