I wouldn’t recommend this place. At check-in I asked when the pool closes and was told the pool and hot tub were shut for maintenance and renovation. They claimed they’d sent a mass email, but I checked my email twice and there was nothing about either being closed. My room’s air conditioning was awful. It was humid, and even with the thermostat set at 60 the whole time, the room barely cooled down. It was just barely comfortable enough to sleep. Nobody offered an apology or asked if they could do anything for us. Upstairs, the remodeling and paint looked half done, the ice machine and vending machine were broken, and side doors downstairs were propped open at night. I closed them to protect my family. At checkout, no one even asked how things were or whether everything was okay.

I was surprised when I checked in because the rooms look so much better than the old photos online. The updates are great, and the rooms are super nice. The fitness room has been updated too, with clean, nice equipment. Breakfast was good, and my stay was great.

The pool being closed for repairs was a huge letdown for my six-year-old granddaughter, and for me. The remodel itself wasn’t too disruptive over the weekend, with no noise problems, though the drywall dust bothered my sinuses and the place smelled dusty. It looks like it’ll be nice once the work is done. I wasn’t told about the remodel or pool closure when I booked.

Jen was a hoot, and even moved a TV for us at 9 p.m. Then Dora and Brandi gave us the comedy show we needed to start the day at breakfast. Thanks for a great time and 10-out-of-10 service! The waffles were worth the wait 😁🤣

This is easily our favorite affordable hotel. The Litchfield staff always provide great service. It’s clean, and the remodeled rooms are really nice, with plenty of towels and linens. The soaps are better quality, and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. Highly recommend.
