Everything was within walking distance, and the room was clean. The staff were really friendly too. I left some things behind, and they kept them safe until I could come back the next day. I really appreciated that. Thanks again.

The room itself was terrible, and the final price was outrageous. They advertise low rates on booking sites, then tell you at arrival that a deposit is required. On the receipt, though, the deposit isn’t shown separately. It’s all grouped under “room fee,” which makes it look like the deposit will be returned when it isn’t. I believe the receipts are arranged this way to keep the booking platform from handling disputes. The service and overall environment were extremely poor, and the way the charges appear leaves customers paying an unreasonable amount for a bad room.

The price was fine, and the gentleman who helped me was understanding. But I needed a ground-level room, and this area didn’t work for me or my disabilities. The buses don’t run, and the changes have made things really difficult for me. I needed to be on the other side of the bridge. I’m not a Google reviewer chasing points or anything, it just wasn’t a match. It might suit other people better, so please visit it Elite if it works for you, but it wasn’t right for me.

The staff were so accommodating that I’d definitely stay again. We arrived very late, in the early morning hours, and they still checked us in. The next morning my friend and I got up late and took longer than usual to shower, get dressed, and pack. The maids were waiting to clean, but everyone stayed polite and understanding. The rooms were nice and clean, the price was reasonable, and the staff were kind and helpful. We really appreciated the way they treated us.
