Best Western Plus All Suites Inn

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, especially the woman working at breakfast, who was great at her job. My toddler also had fun running through the hallways. Breakfast was good, though there was only one fancy coffee machine and it makes one cup at a time, so a line built up. I wish they also had regular brewed coffee. We were a family of four on a last-minute booking, in a two-queen room. It had a strange layout and felt really hot and stuffy. There were no exterior windows and no AC, which was a shock. We arrived late, close to 10 pm, and needed to get our two-year-old to bed. We asked about changing rooms, but they didn’t really try to find another one. A fan from the front desk helped, but we didn’t sleep well. Those rooms really need ventilation or AC. The parking spaces are tiny, and I wouldn’t want to park in them. The garage was full, so I left the car across the street in front of a Pho restaurant.

I needed a room close to my dog’s Veterinarian Hospital, and Best Western Plus worked well. Jessica was informative when I called to reserve and helped arrange the best room for me. Check-in was quick, there was plenty of parking, and the room was modern, spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. Thanks to Jessica, John from maintenance, Ronald, the reservations specialist I met on my second check-in, and all the housekeeping staff!

The rest of the hotel was clean, and staff in other areas were friendly, but I left disappointed by how the room change was handled. We’d booked a king room and politely asked at check-in if we could switch to two queens to better suit our needs. Crystal at the front desk said she could arrange it and didn’t mention a fee. At other hotels, we’ve made similar changes at no cost, so we thought this would be free too. We were later charged extra. The cost should have been explained before they made the change. If we’d known, we might have chosen differently. On top of that, the new room was right in front of the ice machine, and guests using it made a lot of noise late at night. It was hard to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. I hope the hotel communicates fees clearly and considers noise when moving guests.

Our suite had a separate bedroom with a queen bed, a king bed, three TVs, a jetted tub, and its own living area with the third TV. The place was spotless, and the linens were top notch. Breakfast was proper food: cheese omelettes, bacon, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, cereal, and pastries. Parking was good, and there were elevators and luggage carts. We enjoyed our stay.
