Holiday Inn Express & Suites Litchfield West by IHG

The only drawback for me was Verizon reception, which was just 1-2 bars, though that's not the hotel's fault. I was here for business for the first time and found the room very clean. The staff were kind and let me check in early, and having a Keurig was nice. It's one of the better Holiday Inn hotels I've stayed at. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area.

Our family reunion brings my siblings, cousins, and me together every couple of years, and this is where we stay. The lounge and lobby are comfortable places for us to gather, and there's also a conference room. The hotel is beautiful, with clean, nicely furnished rooms and lobby, a really nice complimentary breakfast bar, and super friendly staff. Couldn't ask for a better experience. We'll be back!

We came back for a second stay, three years after our first, and the hotel is still well maintained and looks much the same. The location just off I-55 was really convenient, with several places to eat within walking distance. Our room was modern and spacious, with a fridge and microwave, and the complimentary breakfast had hot food.

The King room and hotel were clean, and there were good amenities, but the bed was awful, just horrible. It was also very expensive. The guest Wi-Fi required me to set up with my email, name, and a password. The fridge kept making a high pitched whistling noise on and off all night, and the thermostat wouldn't control the temperature or even turn off.
