The bathroom was clean, and the room was decent for what I needed. I’d stayed here in a shared room before, but chose my own this time because I was staying longer. I don’t know the nightly price since my company arranged it. There’s a tiny C-Store in the lobby for forgotten items, and a Walmart less than a mile away that delivers if you have W+. The room had a fridge, microwave, and stovetop, which sounded great for cooking, but there were no pots, utensils, plates, or other cookware. It also smelled a little off. I couldn’t find a cause, though maybe it was the AC unit.

I found cockroaches in the hotel room, and I’ve attached photos showing what I saw. That’s a serious cleanliness and sanitation problem, and it makes the room unfit to stay in or enjoy. It may also put guests’ health at risk. This falls below basic expectations for guest safety and comfort and needs immediate attention and corrective action.

Our team will definitely be back. We stayed at this My Place Hotels location while NASCAR was in town, and it worked perfectly for our trip. It’s conveniently located near downtown and the airport, the staff were tremendous to work with, and the rooms were 10-out-of-10 as always.

I felt safe the whole time and was extremely happy with my stay. The rooms were clean, nice, and well maintained, and the employees were kind and professional. I was here on business and would absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking of booking. It’s worth the money.

We had to move rooms because appliances were broken and leaking, and both rooms had mold and an odor. We were here for over a month, and the service, cleanliness, and hospitality were really lacking. I was very disappointed with the stay. I also wouldn’t recommend using the laundry machines. You pay for them even when they don’t work properly, and management seemed more interested in nickel-and-diming us than helping valued guests.
