I was here after my uncle passed away, and this wasn’t a pleasure trip. Check-in went smoothly, and the service was great up to a point. Someone parked across the no-parking lines by the wheelchair ramp, so my mother couldn’t use the handicapped parking until the car was moved. When I told the front desk, all I got was “I’m sorry.” I left things on the bed so housekeeping wouldn’t touch it, but they did anyway. They moved my husband’s shoes across the room and took my face rag, which I had bought and which clearly had Best Western on the tag, not Quality Inn. The front desk assured me housekeeping wouldn’t move things, even though they already had. Breakfast was breakfast, but unfortunately we couldn’t take it back to the room. There are plenty of nearby restaurants. Would we return? Maybe. 🙃
