Quality Inn & Suites at Six Flags

Our motorhome broke down, so we booked a night here while we waited for a repairman. The staff were extremely nice and let us park the motorhome. Both the hotel and lobby were extremely clean.

I’ve never stayed in a dirtier room. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was soiled, so I had to get my own sheets and towels before I felt comfortable staying. Thank God I always bring bleach and paper towels. I’d give this hotel negative 10 points.

We were moved to the third floor after my daughter saw a bedbug and was bitten in our second room, and they refunded one night. Customer service was good about moving us, but that room still had peeling paint. Its window was drafty, hard to heat, and so noisy that sleeping was difficult. We’d first been given the wrong room, though that was quickly fixed. The second room smelled strongly of marijuana, had peeling paint, a missing bathroom towel rack, dirt caked in the corners, and an uncomfortable bed. We made do until the bedbug incident on the second-to-last day. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it’s a very brief visit.

SAM at the lobby counter was awesome. My girlfriend and I really appreciated the time and effort he put in during our stay. Ten out of ten service.
