Hotel Rock Lititz

The restaurant was a highlight, with loads of good choices for lunch, dinner, late night, and brunch. The hotel has a peaceful, quiet location, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was super comfortable.

Our room was immaculate, and even the linens smelled fresh and clean. There are a few places to relax and hang out, including fireplaces, a pool table, and shuffleboard. The whole place was very clean.

We spent two nights here with family last weekend, and the cleanliness really stood out. The room was so spotless that I didn't need to use the blankets or towels I usually bring along. The linens felt wonderfully soft, like a silk and cotton blend, and the hotel was pristine throughout. The decor was fun, our 17-year-old son enjoyed the getaway, and there was plenty to do in the lobby. The rooms reminded me of places I've stayed in Vegas, like the Venetian and Bellagio, and there was a luxurious scent through the hotel. Every time we entered the main lobby, the staff were pleasant and friendly. Hotel Rock Lititz, you rock! We'll definitely be back.

Everything else was good, and the restaurant staff were friendly. Still, the front desk guy made check-in feel like an inconvenience. Maybe we just weren't important enough, since later he seemed pleasant and chatty with other guests. Next time I'll ask for a room away from the bar. That first impression from Mr. Grinch was a shame.
