StayInn Little Falls

I checked in at 4 in the morning, and they let me stay until 1 p.m. instead of the usual 11 a.m. checkout. I really appreciated those two extra hours. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice, and I slept great. It’s an affordable place with free Wi-Fi and cable TV, with enough channels to keep you busy. I’d recommend it if you want comfort at a good price.

My family booked a room two weeks ahead for my cousin’s wedding. We came by at 3 and again at 4, and both times they told us the room wasn’t clean or ready. We asked about checking in at 10 that night and were told they had 24-hour check-in. But when we returned at 11 p.m., they still refused to give us a room, saying none were clean. I wouldn’t stay here.

It felt like stepping into 1940, and I had no sense of safety there. Half the hotel is occupied by people living there permanently. The place is so old they should pay you to stay, and the advertising is false. I will never use this facility again.

I often have work in Little falls, but I still have over $100 owed to me after a booking mess, and I won’t use hotels.com, expedia, or stayinn again. I tried to book Saturday through hotels.com, paid, then saw the confirmation had changed the date to Monday, when I didn’t need a room. It’s almost impossible to reach hotels.com, and they refused a refund even though their website caused the problem. I called the hotel 14 times at different times on different days, and hotels.com also tried calling without reaching anyone.
