Aloft by Marriott Little Rock West

I asked for extra towels for my four-night stay and got only two. The floors above the lobby and elevators were very hot, and construction in the restaurant parking lot was an eyesore from my window. I won't stay here again after this visit.

I'd never stayed at an aloft before, and I really liked this place. It's got a trendy feel, a bar, and music in the evenings. There's no restaurant on site, but there are plenty across the street.

The music carried through the building until very late, so don't expect to sleep. They say the live music stops at 11 p.m., but the bar stays open until midnight and the music keeps playing. It felt like a party spot where you head to your room and crash afterward, not a hotel. I've never had such an unpleasant travel experience with a bar selling itself as a hotel. It's hard to believe this is part of the Bonvoy family, and I honestly feel like they stole our money.

We've stayed at ALOFT Little Rock West about 100 times and counting, so we know the place. Sai and Tonya treat me and my husband like family, and the customer service from them is the best we've had at any hotel. We love the bar atmosphere and game room, and the accommodations and amenities are great. Ask for Sai or Tonya when you visit. They're like family to us, but we'll let you borrow them while you're there. We'd recommend this place to everyone!
