Best Western Southwest Little Rock

The room was clean, had what we needed, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet too, and I slept as well as I do at home. Breakfast had lots of good options. We stayed two nights, and the woman at the front desk on Thursday was especially kind to my family and my son. I wish I’d caught her name so I could thank her personally. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re in town.

I lost my bag during my trip, and Manager Rhada and Jay] went out of their way to help me find it. They made calls, traced it, followed up and kept me informed as things progressed. Their empathy and professionalism made a stressful situation feel much more manageable, and I felt supported throughout. I’m grateful to them both. This hotel is lucky to have people like that.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. I’m especially grateful to the property manager, who helped me book two more Best Western’s for the remaining days of my trip. Another hotel had left me stranded, and she immediately welcomed me and another traveler. We had pets, and the management worked with our situation. I can’t express how much I appreciated her help and customer service. THANK YOU.

Erica was the standout for us. She looked after us so well, and it turns out she’s the onsite manager. She treats the place like a home and works to give it a bed and breakfast feel. The hotel itself was pretty standard for a Best Western. Charging our EV was easy and convenient, and it was free, the best charging stop we had on the trip.
