Courtyard Little Rock West

The people made this vacation and birthday stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Little Rock, Arkansas one I'll always remember. From arrival to departure, the experience was amazing. The little things matter to me, and the staff went beyond their job titles in ways I noticed and appreciated. Mrs. Madison at the front desk welcomed me with kindness and professionalism. Mr. Gary on the evening shift brought great energy, patience, and customer service. Mrs. Shelby on nights was attentive and caring, and made sure everything was right. Mr. Johnny at breakfast/Starbucks started my mornings with great service and an even better attitude. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. You deserve recognition for the work you do every day. This was more than a hotel visit, and I'll absolutely be back. I'm looking forward to the season starting so we can bring the Panama City Panthers semi pro football team to Little Rock Arkansas and spend some time with you guys.

Chef Jay made us an excellent quick dinner while we were passing through on our way back to Louisiana. The sandwiches and cocktails were outstanding, and he was wonderful to talk to. Thanks again, Chef Jay! The night clerk was a pleasant man, too. Such friendly service.

After a long workday out of state, I stopped here for the night. My room was tidy, and I could watch over my vehicle from the balcony. The staff were personable and very nice right from check-in. Gary was especially kind and made me feel at home with family. I definitely recommend staying here.

Everyone working here gets an A+ for hospitality. The rooms were clean and mostly quiet, and even though the motel is close to a highway, the sound was drowned out. Finding the place was the tricky part. It's near other closed businesses, and you have to cut through a parking lot that doesn't belong to the motel. It took us a while to get our bearings and figure out how to enter.
