The room had a full kitchen, a little sitting area, and a big walk-in shower. It was spacious and really clean. I liked the soft pillows, comfortable bed, and sleep music on the bedside clock. There were plenty of outlets, and I could relax on the sofa with my Bible. I never turned on the TV, so I can’t say what was available. The lobby felt calm when I arrived, and the desk clerk was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great too, with yogurt, fresh fruit, and lots of choices. Best motel stay I’ve had.

I feel safe staying here and wouldn’t choose another place when I’m visiting UAMS. The courtyard is great, especially with the TVs outside, and the rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable too.

The room looked great and had plenty of space, and the bed was comfortable. Temperature control was a real problem, though. It was either freezing or blisteringly hot, with hardly anything in between. The complimentary breakfast buffet was mediocre at best.

Pain Treatment Centers of America covered my overnight stay, and I was only meant to leave a refundable $100 deposit on my card. Instead, they charged $200. It’s been 10 days and I still haven’t received any of it back. Nothing was wrong with the room when I left, and I was relying on that money for bills. I feel completely ripped off. Trying to reach someone who can sort out the billing has gone nowhere: the numbers don’t work, or I’m told I’ve reached the wrong person and given another number. I’d planned to stay here again on my next trip to Little Rock, but I don’t want to be charged like this again.

Honestly, I already knew Staybridge was nasty. I only stay here when we come to Arkansas because my wife’s a club member. Look at the sheets in the review below and judge for yourself. This was posted in real time.
