Embassy Suites Little Rock

I stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Little Rock last week, and the room was so huge it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. There was space to spread out and relax, plus two TVs, a microwave, a fridge, and pretty much everything I needed. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast had great omelettes, good coffee, and lots of options. Getting around was easy because the location is convenient and close to everything. I also liked having my room key on my phone. No card to keep track of or dig out, just tap and go. A really great stay, and I’d definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The power went out at midnight and was still off through the night. The room got very hot and dark, with no TV. That’s why I’m taking off a star, and I think something should be done about it. I’d picked this Embassy because it was across from the place I wanted to eat after a cross-country drive. My husband and I were dog tired, but the room was super clean. Some fixtures are dated, though it’s comfortable and I have no cleanliness complaints. The tub looked great, the beds were comfy, and the fridge and microwave were handy. We loved the layout. The lobby was lovely, lively, and popular as a gathering spot. It had been a busy rainy evening, and I was impressed by how well the young woman sweeping by the front door kept up with the lobby floor. Several staff members were friendly. The room had plenty of space for my service dogs, and there were a few convenient relief spots outside.

I’m so ready to go home. When I called a real person to reserve, I asked for a walk-in shower. The rep put me on hold to check, then only told me on arrival that those showers were for wheelchair accessible rooms. The iron in our room was cracked and busted. The front desk took too long to respond, so I went down with a photo to ask for another. That one didn’t work either, and they brought a third, leaving me with three irons. On day two, they cleaned the room but left no washcloths or towels. I went to complain again. The service rep offered hand towels, but I explained we still had some from the day before and needed regular towels and washcloths. She said they didn’t have any, then offered 10,000 reward points. I said I wanted washcloths, not points. After staring at me, she said she’d just arrived for the night, as if it were no big deal. When I asked for a manager, she said the manager couldn’t do anything because they still had no washcloths. I’ll never stay at another hiltom.

The breakfast was one of the highlights, with made-to-order omelets and plenty of choices each morning. Our fighters, staff, and out-of-town guests also had clean, comfortable, well-kept rooms, and the location was very convenient for visitors. I hosted a professional boxing event at Embassy Suites in Little Rock, and the staff were attentive, professional, and accommodating from the early planning through event day. They handled the details carefully, kept things running smoothly, and helped with setup. The event space was clean, organized, and a good fit for a large gathering. I’d also like to thank the General Manager personally for the support and help. Their leadership stood out and made the event better. Embassy Suites Little Rock exceeded expectations, and I’d recommend it for personal stays or professional events.
