We felt very comfortable here, and it was lovely meeting Tom and Hwasoo, who were both so friendly and sweet. The home is well cared for while keeping much of its original character. Newer furniture and decor bring in global influences alongside that traditional New England feel. I'd happily stay again.

The bartender made our dinner at the Beal House even better. She was friendly, professional, attentive, and accommodating while we sat at the bar. We started with the delicious homemade milk bread rolls, then my boyfriend had the filet with roasted potatoes and carrots, and I got the chicken pot pie. Everything was full of flavor and prepared beautifully. We're staying here this weekend, and it's a must-go place to eat and stay!

The food and service were both strong: our server really looked after us, the portions were generous, and the Waygu steak and house made rigatoni were wonderful. We also enjoyed the tasty smoked baby beats small plate, which was beautifully presented. The charming atmosphere was neatly put together, too. We'd come to Littleton on vacation and picked the Beal House after reading the reviews. The one problem was the roasted daily fish. When the couple beside us got theirs, the smell was so pungent that we changed our order instead of leaving. Even after that, the fishy smell hanging around was almost too much to bear. Recommended, despite that issue.

The meal's flavors and presentation had us blown away. Every dish looked like a little work of art, and the ambience and friendly service were just as impressive. Our expectations at the Beal House were exceeded. It may have been one of the best meals we've ever had, and we'll certainly be back.

The kind staff and lovely food are a big part of why the Beal House is one of our favorite North Country dining spots. We enjoy the dining room's vibe and those incredible dessert drinks, whether we're there for burger night or a special occasion. We've also enjoyed everything from bagel pop-ups to date nights here.
