The smell in the room was so bad I couldn't breathe, and after ten minutes my nose started bleeding. My allergies have never acted up so badly. The bed had a plastic sheet and a comforter so thin you could see through it. We ended up sleeping in our car in the Walmart parking lot, which was better than staying there. We got our money back because we hadn't stayed and weren't coming back the next day. I hope this helps them understand they need to clean better and fix things. The whole place smelled bad, and the room was ten times worse.

I'm grateful my family and I have a room, and Quan at the front desk made arrival feel welcoming. Quan's outgoing manner, humor, and warmth brought together East Coast generosity and Southern hospitality. That positive energy made the service a pleasure and left a memorable impression. There were roaches in several parts of the room. One photo shows a roach that had been killed before we checked in and left uncleaned. I've disposed of ten, seven pregnant, and my wife has gotten rid of four. I just dealt with another while writing this, and we don't check out until 11/25/25. I hope the count doesn't keep going up. You'll need to bring your own toilet paper. The coffee maker, iron, and ironing board are sold separately. I'll update this until checkout.

Jesus has been so kind and helpful throughout my stay. My room is great and clean, and I've had an amazing stay here.

The evening receptionist was wonderful, but I can't say the same for housekeeping or the morning receptionist. Housekeeping knocked on the door several times before checkout and kept coming after I told them I'd extended my stay online. The morning receptionist was eating and talking with her mouth full, rolled her eyes, and was rude overall. The room wasn't very clean, the bathtub was dirty, and there were roaches.
