For a birthday trip, we hoped for a comfortable stay, but finding gnats throughout the room, including in the bed, shortly after check-in was very upsetting and not acceptable for cleanliness. The front desk moved us to another room and later offered extra Honors points, which we appreciated. Even so, the problem really disrupted our comfort and what was meant to be a special visit. I hope management keeps addressing sanitation promptly so other guests don’t go through the same thing.

We got in very late, but the front desk gentleman was courteous and friendly. The hotel was immaculate, with a soft bed, excellent shower pressure, and a quiet atmosphere all around. Breakfast looked good, though it costs extra if you’re not a Diamond member. A great stopover on the way to Southern California. I’d stay again.

The hallways near the rooms smelled damp and mildewy, though the rest of the hotel seemed clean enough. There was no free breakfast. They charged $12 for the cereal and bagel continental breakfast that many places include, and the made-to-order meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were astronomically priced. That’s enough to keep me from booking here again. The hotel itself was okay.

We had a family getaway here and the hotel was very accommodating. We asked for an ADA room with a bathtub, and they put us in a huge room away from everyone else. It was a weekend, but surprisingly quiet, with plenty of parking. We could park right outside the entrance under our room rather than walk around the hotel. The heated pool was really nice, and we got in a few laps. The only drawback was that the mini fridge had no freezer.
