This is my favorite hotel around here. The staff are good, especially the breakfast crew, and it’s probably the cleanest Homewood I’ve stayed at. If you spot anything worn or damaged, they’re very quick to deal with it.

I stayed six days. The place was clean, well laid out and in a convenient location that was easy to get to. Still, the experience didn’t match the consistent quality I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties in the US and abroad. Breakfast was the same every morning, with no variety, and got monotonous after a few days. I also asked for just one room cleaning during my stay, but housekeeping never came. I told the front desk; they acknowledged the request but nothing happened. When I called again that afternoon, they said they might be able to clean the room the next day because they were busy with other guests. That was disappointing for such a small request. I hope they improve the follow-through and attention to detail. There’s potential here. Debbie Gudmundson responded to my feedback, but gave me the same answer I’d already received at the hotel. They don’t care.

A comfortable stay, and I’d definitely recommend it. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and there were plenty of breakfast options. I had a really nice experience here.

Quiet, clean, and I loved it. There wasn’t any shampoo in my room, but I’m pretty much bald, so I’m still giving it five stars, lol. I’ll definitely stay again.
