The place was clean and quiet, and they let me request a 1 p.m. late checkout by calling the front desk. They also had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, all good quality, though obviously not for taking home. Breakfast ending at 9:30 a.m. was too early for me. Plenty of hotels serve it until 10:30 or even 11 for people who sleep in. My room was a letdown for the price. The phone, fridge, and hair dryer didn't work, and I had a hard time finding a TV channel with a good signal. It was a holiday, though, and everything else was sold out, so maybe I got what was left. I've heard they have nice rooms, so I'll give it another try and ask for a different one. I'll update my review then.

The main issue was the AC. It didn't circulate air well through the room, though opening the door helped a lot. We also spotted two big spiders, but that wasn't much of a problem for us since we're from the mountains and deal with them often. We were happy with the spacious room, including the kitchen as advertised, and the customer service was good. They let us check in early for my wife's medical appointment nearby. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept, and breakfast was good too. We stayed one night, found the price reasonable, and would return. It looks like apartments converted into a hotel, and the room was clean and the area quiet.

For the price, these suites are a 10/10. Noor was kind and really helpful, and having the hot tub to myself was amazing. I'll be back.

We were here for work for almost two months and hated to leave. The room was huge and clean, with a great kitchen that had everything needed to cook. The grounds were clean too, and it was quiet. There's a basketball court, pool, hot tub, and a very clean laundry room. The front desk staff were friendly and so helpful, and housekeeping was top notch. Thank you, SENS. We'll stay here again when work brings us back to the area.
