Our family had a wonderful winter staycation here. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, and Donnie went especially far out of his way to help. This is a new hotel, with very clean, spacious rooms and hallways. The kids loved the pool, and we parents appreciated having plenty of towels. Carts were always by the door for loading bags, so we didn’t have to go hunting for one. There was more at breakfast than first appeared: waffles with all the fixings, bacon, sausage, hard-boiled or sandwich eggs, oatmeal with different toppings, cereals, juice, toast, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, and other things I’m surely forgetting. And there’s coffee 24/7. Thanks, Home 2 Suites, for a great experience!

The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It’s a new hotel with a clean, nicely sized room and really good facilities, including a gym. The included breakfast was decent, and having charging stations on site is handy for EV owners. The location is around a bunch of other hotels.

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff were helpful, and the location was fine during our few nights here in January. I like the idea of putting together your own breakfast, but it wasn’t done very well here. The food was barely warm each morning, since it sat in containers more suited to bread and pastries than items that need to stay hot. I’d probably stay again, though I might take the food to my room and heat it in the microwave.

I travel to Syracuse for work often and have tried hotels and BnBs across the city. This place stands out for accessibility, cleanliness, and customer service. The rooms are huge and clean, and all the amenities are brand new.

Love this place. The staff were all friendly and polite. FD Alisha was awesome, and RS Yube was great. The Hotel Manager, Karina or Kristina, hopefully I got her name right, was super attentive and helpful. Marybeth made me the most wonderful waffles.
